Hunter Noack Classical Music in the Wild

Hunter Noack performs live outdoors on a nine-foot Steinway & Sons piano at the Sumpter Dredge as he presents IN A LANDSCAPE: Classical Music in the Wild, an outdoor classical music concert series.

Always Occuring: Dredge Tours
Every Saturday and Sunday
Choose between guided and self-guided tours of the Sumpter Valley Gold Dredge and the surrounding State Heritage area. Our Oregon State Park Rangers and seasonal hosts are there to guide you around and through the main floor of the Dredge. Guided tours are 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays during the open season (May 1-Oct 31).
Preserve the Sumpter Valley Dredge
By donating to Friends of the Dredge, you will ensure that enhanced interpretive and educational experiences will continue to be offered at the dredge, such as guided tours, interpretive displays, renovation and staffing of the interpretive center.
